Pink Bow Bracelet -PRE ORDER

I ordered this bracelet in November expecting it to be dispatched within 2-3 weeks as stated on the site. I still hadn’t received it in January. I emailed the company twice on their website, and via Instagram. I also tried to contact them via Shopify. I got no reply at all!! Very disappointing customer services.
The bracelet eventually arrived mid January. Whilst it is very pretty, and my daughter is pleased with it, it certainly isn’t worth the money I paid for it. It is very flimsy. I would not buy from this company again sadly, mainly due to the poor customer service.
